Drumsheugh Gardens is situated just off the Queensferry Road and south of the Dean Bridge, making it an ideal location for the city centre. With lots of shops, Princes Street and George Street are only minutes away, and restaurants locally it couldn't be easier to make the most of all that Edinburgh has to offer.

Access to the flat is either by the front door on Drumsheugh Gardens, or via the back door on Melville Street Lane, where there is also a private car parking space. This is invaluable in the centre of town where parking is at a premium.

The flat sleeps up to 6 people and has one en-suite shower-room and one other bathroom with shower over bath.

The accommodation is as follows:

One super-king size bedroom with en-suite shower-room
One double bedroom
One twin bedded room
Living/dining room with TV (Sky HD) and gas flame effect fire
Kitchen with small breakfast table and dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven and fridge/freezer
Next to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bathroom with wc, basin and bath with shower over.

The flat has a mix of wooden floors and carpeting with gas central heating throughout.

It is suitable for children of 6 and over.

We would prefer no smoking and no pets please.
